Frequently asked questions

I am only enrolled in the course "The Silver State CE Summit", what next?

If you attend a session live, your attendance will be recorded, and you will automatically be granted access to that session's live training course. If you are unable to attend live, you will be enrolled in the asynchronous version of the session, where you can watch the replay and earn home-study credit. This process applies individually to each of the 6 training

How do I log in to the training portal?

Click the teal "Sign In" button at the top right of the screen. If you haven't created an account yet, click the "Sign Up" button and you'll be able to create an account to log in.

How do I receive live / synchronous credit?

To receive live (synchronous) credit, you must join the webinar on time and remain present for the full duration of the live session. Attendance is verified by signing in at the start, checking out at the end, and automatic tracking of your time in the webinar through Zoom. You must also complete the course evaluation form and any required prerequisites before your access expires on 12/31/26 @ 11:59 PM PT.

How do I receive asynchronous / home-study credit?

To receive asynchronous (home-study) credit, complete the course materials in your training portal, watch the recorded session replay, and successfully pass the accompanying quiz and evaluation form for each session before your access expires on 12/31/26 @ 11:59 PM PT.

I attended a live training, how do I get my Continuing Education (CE) certificate?

To be eligible for a continuing education (CE) certificate you must be on time and present for the ENTIRETY of the live webinar.

You will be asked to sign in at the beginning and check out at the end, and the time you are in the webinar will be tracked through Zoom. These are ways we verify your attendance of the full training.

You must also complete a course evaluation form and any other prerequisites and materials listed in this training course by the time your course access expires (see Online Course Terms & Conditions). Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive a Continuing Education (CE) certificate.

You will be able to download a copy of your certificate of completion after you have completed all training requirements and your attendance and participation have been verified.

Please keep a copy of your Certificate of Completion for your records. This certificate will also be available in your training portal for a limited time from the date of the online training.

What if I can only attend a few of the sessions live?

You can still receive credit! If you cannot attend a session live, you can watch the session replay asynchronously and complete the required quiz and course evaluation in the training portal to earn your home-study credit for that session.

When will the replays be available?

All session replays will be uploaded and available in your training portal by November 21, 2026.

How long do I have to complete the training course?

To receive continuing education credit you must complete the training by 12/31/26 @ 11:59 PM PST.

How do I get my Continuing Education (CE) certificates?

Once you complete the training, quiz, and evaluation for each session, you will be able to download your CE certificate from course player in the training portal.
